Chef Stephan grew up in Bordeaux, France and earned a degree in French Culinary Art from the esteemed Lycee de L’Hotellerie et du Tourisme De Gascone in Talence, France. At the age of 20, Chef Stephan moved to the United States and settled in Phoenix. For 26 years, he worked at prestigious culinary venues, including the Phoenician Luxury Resort, Vincent on Camelback, The Boulders Resort, and the historic Wrigley Mansion.
In 2015, Chef Stephan relocated to San Francisco to work for Hilton Worldwide as the Executive Chef of Banquets. In 2017, Chef Stephan became inspired by the opportunity to transform the dining experience in senior living.
